no the problem is they dont answer the 1416 number i ordered 1600$ worth of parts from on may 28th and paid for them and stil havent received them
Most 1-800 numbers and the local number ring to the same phone.... I am sure their phone does too..

I would email them asking if they have any of those parts in stock, pretending to be a potential customer. There are a lot of companies who will have excellent customer service until they have your money.

JPB doesn't deal directly with the customers anymore. They have outsourced and you need to order through one of their vendors. It says it right on their website. I'm sure you will be issued a refund and need to go through a middle man. I ordered from Joe at USD autosports. Hes a great guy and good company to go through. Send him an email and tell him I sent you and he will hook you up. Later
yeah, i cant buy directly either. they were so close by, it was just a nice walk to the shop, pick up my stuff and see ya later. now I have to go 30 minutes to a dealer.
