im not an avid poster on here, but im always on here reading. but i got a free ld9 from a friend and wanted to put it to good use this winter. im planning on rebuilding it to handle some decent power and what not. but i do have a few questions.

1. my car is a 99 2200 and the motor (the ld9) is a 96. what harness am i going to have to use and what are my options on ecu's?

2. ive already been through one isuzu and i dont want to replace it again. so would it be wise to swap in a older getrag to save some hassle? from my understanding its a pretty straight up swap.

3. is there anything other than the 2.3 oil pump swap to help with the "oiling problem" known with these motors?

i guess thats it for now, but im sure ill think of a few more. my goal right now is kinda blurry still or i would let you know to kinda help. i want to go the supercharger route. just because the power characteristics and reliability would suit me better than turbo. its just that i dont think the m45 will give me the amount of power that i want. about 230 whp max from what i hear. so im really rooting on the m62 to become a reality. thanx in advance
