98'-02' Cavy 2002 engine Air Breather Filters...

I stuck with your guys's oppinions on the RD Fabs intake and decided to purchase one, i see it eliminates the black 2002 box on top of the valve cover and that you need to purchase an "air breather filter". I was looking through the Canadian tire special order catelog to find one to order and all i see is some from Ractive that says 12mm neck. Does anybody know the right size i should order so that it will fit? thanks

your RD Fabs intake comes with one. I think you got the short ram right? I was at the shop the other day and they were talking about your order. But with your purchase you get a "air breather" aka cone filter. Either way you dont need anything else with your intake purchase. Just sit back and enjoy the amazing quality. Im also getting this feeling that your new to the tuning world and you havent tried installing an intake before? Theres plenty of posts on that here.

i know that it comes with a cone filter, i may have said "breather filter" wrong. what i was referring to was the little breather that goes on top of your valve cover when you have to replace that hose so that oil deposits do not get into your throttle body, that kind of breather.. sorry for the confusion i need to know what size inlet for the breather to get so it fits the little knob on my valve cover.

I think its about 3/8"

no more cavy...now 240 =]

I see a cool-air intake
It's got a NOS-fogger system and a T-4 turbo
I see an A.I.C. controller
It has direct port nitrous injection
Yeah, a stand-alone fuel management system
...Not a bad way to spend $10,000
