hey every 1..2nd post ..luvin this organization..so what r your thoughts on no muffler..just a cherrybomb glasspack? any 1 think it will sound good?
i have an 04 fire with a cat and cherry bomb and header and love it not one complaint no less then 24" cherrybomb though

Ive got a 20" Thrush Glasspack (preforated not louvered for better performance), and with my 2 Magnaflow mufflers its still pretty loud (atleast so im told). Nice deep sound though, not really raspy or annoying.
hey guys thanks for ur coments..nice to hear from both of you..any way..ill tell u whats on the car now...bone stock..stock exhaust manifold..stock cat{new oem replacment}..stock muffler..{oem replacement}...im thinkin about just pulling the stock muffler off and puttin on my cherry bomb..it was used foe about 6 months on a lincoln towncar.its a 24 inch..do u think it will rumble?atleast a little deepness to it i hope..i luv the sound of a cherry bomb when u let of the hammer or drop a gear..
buying a used cherry bomb is DUMB. you can get them in pep boys for about 20-25 bucks..i would know...i work there part time for a 2nd job. im installing one with my megan racing catback, pacesetter header and stock catalytic converter.

uh HELLO..did i say anything about BUYING?NO!!!!i didnt...if u had read my post..and checked my profile u would see i OWN the lincoln towncar ..and i had the cheery bomb on it for 6 months..befor i decided to change it to a dual system..equal length headers no cats and straight pipes to dual flowmaster 40s...and i have the bomb sittin on a shelf in my 2 car garage with my other 2 cars doing nothing butt collecting dust so i thought maybe id put it to use..rather then lettin it sit and rust..by the way my formula and lincoln take up the space in the garage not the j body...its mainly for cheap runnin around to work and such..the formula is for friday and saturday nite cruises..the lincoln for long road trips..the sunni..thats just my transportation to work...butt hey i dont see the point in wasting money on a cherry bomb when i have a perfectly good 1 doing nothin but collecting dust....and you are DUMB for posting a DUMB comment like that !!!!!!TATTOOZ...

i have a header, intake, customer mandrel exhaust, gutted cat, and cherry bomb... i love the sound of it others say that it sounds ricey... but its nice and deep the way i like it with no backpoping from pressure and it is nice and low ,,, it gets loud when you romp on it but overall i think it sounds about as good as any civic with an apexi exhaust.... (the good sounding n/a civics and please don't start saying all sound bad because thats not what im here to argue im here to help the guy who started this post with comparisons).... keep it tuned man later
gonna b loud, do you have anything done to your 2.2? As in forced induction? Isn't just having a glass pack going to hurt performance due to lack of back pressure?
