I'm not sure if this has been discussed before. I've searched but nothing came up.
As far as design goes, they're both 4-2-1. I know 97cavie24ls(JDM&00s/c sedans™) and a couple of other people have the DC Sports header as a 2-piece design but the dealer I can get the header from lists them as 1-peice. I called DC Sport to confirm and they told me it's a 1-piece.
Anyways, I have chance to get the (Bill's) I-Performance header for the same price as the DC Sports. Which header do you guys suggest?
IDK which one to go with but, I would think a 1 piece 4-2-1 header would be a pita to install/

Its 2 piece.....or 3
Piece one is the 4 pipes primaries.
Piece 2 is the 2-1 with flexpipe
Piece 3 is the cat elemenator pipe..... but they provide a weldable flange for the cat.
So its actually a three piece race header.

If not I really need to make a post on headers again.
Given the choice I'd go for the DC sports.
But a cheaply prices Bill's is nice too.

I thought Bill's Isuzu header was like double what DCSports is? I have the DCSport Header, and it was pretty simple to install for the most part, not sure how the Isuzu Performance one will be like though.
If you can get them both for the same price I would suggest the Isuzu. The Isuzu bolts right up. You should get a magnaflow cat with it.
oh yeah, and it's all one piece and should come with a copper exhaust manifold gasket
