I searched a bit and didnt come up with anyone using E-manage on a 2200, What i'm curious about is first off will it work with a 98 2200? if so are there any known problems with this setup?

I've got some ideas rolling around and need something i can really tune with, I was looking at megasquirt but that seems alittle more involved than E-manage.

it SHOULD work, and i think there were people who used it at one point, but i'm not sure if any of them are left around here anymore.... the only case i've known where emanage won't work properly in a jbody is on an eco that has a "no open loop" ecu, everything else should work just a matter of wiring it up properly and using the correct emanage switch settings and whatnot. Its a good piggyback, as long as its set up well.

I've been looking at that as well and personally I'm starting to lean more toward the HP Tuners software. No wiring involved, and you get all the controls of a stand alone and still keep the diagnostics and what not.
