i need one to run my 98 harness and computer with my 99 engine...

why not just use the EGR stuff from the 98?
i am running a 96 z24 harness with a 2k engine. You just have to use the 98((or 97,96) exhuast manifold and exhuast manifold gasket. and it will let the exhuast flow to the EGR.
if you dont want to go that route,i will sell you my egr simulator for 50$ shipped.
I had it on my car and it didnt like it(car ran goofy,the 96 ecu is picky). But i heard a few good things with the 98 z24 guys. not 100% sure though.

i was going to say the same thing why not use the 99 PCM. How come the swap from a 99 to a 98. If you do go that route why not try and us as much stuff off you 99 so you don't have to worry about the EGR.
