pretty much self explanatory . what cars can i find the 2.4 engine in. ive got a 99 cavalier and cant find a z24 around here to save my life. so what other cars can i pull this engine out of?
and if anyone has any parts to help witht he swap dont be afraid to list them here.

Cavaliers, Sunfires, Grand Am's, Alero's... um... I'm sure there are more. Just look for 96-01 GM cars with the LD9 Vin T

Some Saturns use the same 2.4L, I'm not sure which ones, but older ones like from 95 or so. Also, I believe mitsu uses it too.
Ban low-performance cars, not high-performance ones.

there is info on the swap. just got to search for it. as far as the price for the engine and tranny, you will have to call around and ask.

uhh...the 95-99 Eclipse RS and GS use the same 4 cyl that's in the Dodge Neon, but how did you manage to get from Dodge/Chrysler to GM?

depending to what extent you mean. mitsu bought into dodge(or dodge bought into mitsu, can't remember which one) and they used the internal blueprints for the 2.0 in the mitsus. but bellhousing(if FWDers even call this a bellhousing/?) is totally different and motor mounts are all backwards. i even think the transmission is backwards from the dodge. not being an a-hole, just being a fellow neon owner i've looked into the swap.
