yup as the subject says,does it really work cos everytime i turn my headlight on i have to start the car first and let it run for about a minute or so so my silverstar lights will turn bright white,and i drive an 03 cav any thoughts?

U have to wait A few seconds for true HID's to ignite tho.
so voltage stabilizer is junk?don't work at all?
only if you have a crap load of voltage goin everywhere....
if not, spend more money on mods that will actually be more beneficial.

Every thing is better then a cap, its just a band iad for your cars electrical system. Try hypergrounding first. Its the easiest and cheapest thing, and usually works well for most people.

in my experiences hypergrounding did nothing at all whereas the cap help significantly but I'm an audio guy unless you have alot of audio you shouldnt have any voltage drop anyway
