what kind of car you have? someone posted a sound clip on an eco engine for those cams sounds and idles pretty different than stock but if you dont care than go for it they are suppose to give quite the hp gain.

^^ that aggressive a grind is not recommended for boost. you're better off with stock cams.

15.891 @ 88 mph stock, still getting @!#$ty launches...

I thought darkstars had those lvl 0 cams made by livid a while back. He made a post about having to insualte the knock sensor with a ruber grommmit from the v-dubs he works on. Someone correct me it im wrong?

Remember, the camshafts you get now will determine your future...

If you get JBP Stage 2s, you're getting "All Motor" camshafts with high duration which isn't something that's necessarily good for boost.

werd. cams are very very important in the orientation of your build. N/A cams are high lift, long duration. F/I cams are high lift, short duration

i have them for the LD9. Your car won't sound like a 4 banger no more. In my opinion they sound like a baby V8. The lope on the exhaust is awesome sounding. I believe they are about $560 now. Shortly after I got them for $532 the price went up.

is this correct?
N/A as is naturaly aspirated.... and
F/I as is fuel injected?

whats the diff then , if those are two different things? i'm lost

So the JBP stage 2 cam, is awsome for the 2.4, well what about on a 2.2 eco, if i'm going all motor?

N/A is naturally aspirated
F/I is forced induction aka supercharger or turbo

I be looking into the stage two cams my self. I do not remember reading anyone having codes with a LD9 (2.4l).

if your going all motor Eco then yes go with the stage 2 cams, and the way i got rid of the CEL was running mid grade gas all the time no performance difference and no CEL. ill post a link to a video of how my Eco sounds with the cams tonight. like said above it doesnt sound like a 4 cyl anymore

I have the same profile of cams as the JBP Stage II LD9 cams (bought from LevelZero, Dave & Clayton are great guys!) and they're awesome... alot of people slow down once they install these cams, I'm currently running 15.3s w/2.44sec 60ft (got the 60ft down to 2.320 but never made a great pass) with some tuning issues still.

If you have an automatic, DO NOT GET THESE CAMS! You'll slow down alot.

that sucks the LD9 must be different cause my auto Eco runs a 15.8 now from a 16.3 with a 2.3 60' each time

Nathan from BCJ has the cams in his car... went from a 15.8 and I think the best he's done since was a 16.2
