Hey, I'm looking into getting one of these for my 99 2.4L and was wondering, does this header eliminate the flex tubing? also can it be used with the stock piping?

thanx

Chris

You may still want to get some mounts just as a percaution.

^^ the rocking (back and forth) of your engine will cause the headers to hit the firewall...

I think.

...youll be happy with the pacesetter unit. mounts may be a good idea...maybe just the upper one will eliminate a lot of the rocking, plus transfer less vibes to the cabin, if quiet is more your thing. hey turbotech (i dont consider this a jack, b/c itll help the original author as well), do you also have the armor coated one for a good price as well? i am gonna be buying this unit, i dont like the one on my car now.

I'm talking to Jim (GravanaTuning) about setting up a header GP. I'll keep you guys posted if you're interested. He may need a minimum of 25 or something, but I don't know yet.

Peace

Email us with the car engine and what header you want. We can do better than what is on the website.
Thanks
