Where is the engine/trans VIN plate on Ecotech?

ok, just like the title says, I was just plating my car that has a salvage title. I didn't think it would be a problem finging the engine VIN but when the cop was here we couldn't find it anyplace.

Any help would be appriciated.

trans side facing firewall,

gonna need a mirror maybe

side of engine facing the front of the car
